• Any damages arising from third-party actions

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services or Site shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for such services in the six months preceding the claim.

• Exchange rates will be applied at the prevailing market rate on the date of payment

• Late payments may incur interest charges as per applicable laws
• Bank transfer, mobile money, and other payment methods are available upon request

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information. Any proprietary or confidential information shared with us will be protected and used only for the purpose of providing our services. This obligation survives the termination of our engagement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SENEL LTD, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your infringement of any third-party rights

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site or services if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized or illegal activities. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
